Welcome to Technotop Solutions Private Limited (“we”, “us”, “our”, or the “Company”). These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our services, including software development, IT consulting, training programs, digital products, and any other offerings provided by the Company. By engaging with us, using our services, or signing a service contract, you agree to be bound by these Terms.1. Services
Technotop Solutions Private Limited provides a variety of IT and software services, including but not limited to:- Software development and maintenance
- IT consulting and digital transformation
- Corporate training and internship programs
- Web and mobile application development
2. Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for:- Providing clear and complete project requirements
- Cooperating with timelines and feedback cycles
- Making timely payments as per the terms of the signed contract
- Not misusing any of our deliverables or intellectual property
3. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise agreed upon in writing, all intellectual property developed during the course of the engagement (including source code, designs, reports, etc.) remains the property of Technotop Solutions Private Limited until full payment has been received.Upon completion of the project and clearance of dues, the client will receive ownership rights or license as specified in the signed agreement.
4. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of all shared business, technical, and personal information throughout the project duration and afterward, unless legally required to disclose.5. Limitation of Liability
Technotop Solutions Private Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the services rendered.6. Termination
The service agreement may be terminated:- By mutual consent of both parties
- For breach of contract, non-payment, or violation of terms
- As per any notice period mentioned in the signed agreement
- In such cases, work completed up to the date of termination will be invoiced and payable accordingly.
Refund Policy
Technotop Solutions Private Limited follows a contract-based refund policy. The refund process is governed by the terms mentioned in the client’s signed agreement.General Guidelines:
- No Refund for Completed Milestones: Payments made for work already completed or milestones delivered will not be refunded.
- Partial Refunds: In case of project termination before full delivery, partial refunds (if applicable) will be considered based on the work completed and costs incurred, as per the contract.
- Advance Payments: Refunds on advance payments will only be considered if no work has started and will be subject to administrative fees as outlined in the contract.
- Training Programs: For online or in-person training, refunds are allowed only if cancellation is made at least 7 days before the program starts, unless otherwise stated in the enrollment agreement.
- Non-Refundable Services: Certain services such as consulting sessions, digital downloads, or licenses are non-refundable.
Refund Process:
- Clients must email a formal refund request to [your official email address], including the reason and original contract reference.
- The request will be reviewed within 7 business days.
- Approved refunds will be processed within 15 business days, via the original mode of payment.
